Our story

Harton & Co was founded in 2024 by Alexa Donnelly, with a passion to bring high quality sustainable home decor products to an Irish market at an affordable price.

In 2020, Alexa moved into her first home and struggled to find high quality home decor textiles that suited her style and budget As a result, she set out to make them herself. She began by sewing cushion covers and was soon taking on curtains and upholstery projects.

Since then, Alexa has received commissions from friends and family for bespoke textiles and bedding. The spring/summer 2024 Capsule Collection is the first general release of her company, Harton & Co.

Alexa’s style is a unique blend of light and airy Americanah with a touch of moody vintage. She loves mixing fresh and modern pieces with thrifted and antique finds. She is passionate about looking after our environment and producing sustainable products that are made to last.
